Price’s Block 3 is the embodiment of our winemaking philosophy, produced from old vines thriving in the unique soils of our best Shiraz block at McLaren Vale. It is beautifully ripe and immensely appealing on the nose showing blackberry, plum, thyme and spicy oak characters with a hint of gamey complexity. The palate delivers a wonderfully rounded mouthfeel and supple texture backed by polished tannins, leading to a gorgeously long velvety finish. Serve with slow-cooked lamb shoulder, roast pumpkin and polenta chips.
